Keep this Island as beautiful and pristine as it is. There are more then enough places to stay. It doesn't need anymore development that will create destruction of nature.

We need quality not quantity larger parcels bring long term value to any area. Just subdividing and burn and turn mentality bring immediate and unsustainable growth

Developer should post a bond to cover road damage from concrete trucks from Cruz Bay to East End.

We own property in Estate Emmaus and are concerned that the proper infrastructure to support such a development is not in place on the East End. I would like the DPNR to disallow the petition for permits on this project.

All this buildign will destroy what makes St. John special. Tourists will then find somewhere else to go. Look at what happened in Puerto Rico.
