We concerned Zambian Citizens wish to petition that Singer Kofi Olomide should not be allowed to come and perform in Zambia because of his recent arrest in Kenya ans subsequent arrest after he violently assaulted one of his female singers. We also wish to state that we have not forgotten that he assaulted our very own Photo-Journalist Jean Mandela here in Zambia and the case went cold because he was protected by certain people.
We the concerned wish to state we will not allow sit and watch when women and especially Journalists are being violated. We wish to petition the Show Society of Zambia, The Zambia Police and the Zambia Association of Musicians not to allow this violent man in out country.
We kindly request that all well meaning Zambians and all concerned must join this petition so that this man does not step foot on the Zambian soil.

Olomide has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that he is a violent person. Here in Zambia he already has a case of assault. A man who can beat up women and journalists has no place in our country.
Any who dares hurt any woman physically, emotionally and verbally must not be embraced. Our shows are attended by mostly women and as such we need to protect our women from violent characters regardless of their status in society. He is not Role model. Let us keep him out. He reoresents the exact things the world is fighting sgainst, violence, and in this case it was on a woman. Shame on you Koffi. You have no excuse whatsoever to behave like that, not even in private.

He shouldn't come last time he came he pushed a journalist and beat up his dancer for talking to the journalist. He shouldn't be allowed entrance, God knows how many girls he has abused because he changes dancing queens a lot and one who was found dead????
