Hard work in school pays off in the long term. Colleges pay attention to this hard work. Specific scholarships are awarded based on this achievement. If there's no reason for kids to work hard and achieve, what are we asking from the next generation?

Valedictorian and Salutatorian honors are motivation for students to excel. Removing them takes away some motivation. I am opposed to it.

Students should be awarded and recognized for their hard work. Don’t take away incentive or meritocracy. Inspire them in many ways to reach high.

Do away rankle first or second , is other way to encourage kids not study , is other way to punish those study hard kids . Kids ‘s Job is studying learning , have mental they are looking forward.
As percents, we encourage kids to have anbicius and dream. Only looser they do not want know they are looser or those looser parents have some mentality.

Listen to the survey participants! How can you vote to eliminate when the people said to keep? If you recognize top athletes, why do you not wish to recognize top scholars?? If you want to "level" the playing field, then get rid of online AP classes....do two sets of rankings for schools with academies.

We are quickly becoming the society predicted Kurt Vonnegut's short story Harrison Bergeron. Oddly, that also means students will never be exposed to that story
