Very well said! Thanks, Megan, for saying this for all of us. I totally agree with what Megan said. As much as I appreciate what COL Deppart did to get our locality pay started, I also think that it's time now to get started working on the locality back pay,

I feel that to be fair to the faculty that retired and left DLi to be equal to the current faculty that received locality pay increases retroactive to 2011

The cost of living is increasing and has created so much financial burden for individual as well as family and we instructors who are the bread and butter of such a important institution so called DLI need this back pay to get ourselves out of debit that should haven done many years ago.
