I am fully in support of DLIFLC faculty and staff members getting paid for their entitled 2001-2017 back pay. It so appears that there are other entitled departments who got their entitled back pay but not DLIFLC faculty! Not just...

Please consider that we are entitled to this money. This will definately be helpful to retirees who must live on a ridiculously low pension.

Locality pay back should be given to the one who sign this petition "only".
If you know about it yet don't sign ... It simply means "you don't want it".

I worked at DLIFLC during 12/09/09 and was underpaid for my qualifications. I also came to know that someone with lesser education was paid similar salary. I worked 4 years and I hardly got promoted even though I was finishing my Ph.D in education. By the time I resigned, I was still under paid; salary was close to 54k.
I hope by signing this petition, I could retrieve some money for my hard work at DLI.
Thank you

I feel like we were cheated on our pay for so many years without knowing. This should be corrected!

I fully support this petition. It is only fair that all DLI staff and faculty get back the locality pay not given to them from 2001-2017.

I hope that we, DLIFLC faculty, receive the long delayed back pay.
I retired from DLI on July 31 2016
