Just remember, someday you'll be elderly and some other heartless #$%^^&!! will make life - destroying changes for you. Do unto others?

Clearly this is a case of retaliation by a bully competitor rental
Company. We must protect our seniors and our vets. Instead of causing harm to ten we should help them. This has been their home for decades and it is an easy fix to keep them in compliance. Do the right thing!!

Not only will a veteran be made homeless but a senior citizen will lose her income. This could be avoided by bringing the property up to code.

What could possibly be hurtful to the City's interest by allowing status quo ...and bringing up to code...until the property is voluntarily sold.

This man deserves to stay living in his home. The city of DL should be ashamed of themselves.

How lacking of compassion, not to mention this is a therapy dog for this man and I'm not sure it's even legal to put such restrictions on this man.

I Don't get it, if she is willing to do the updates to be back into code again, why still deny her. Ethier is more to the story that people don't know or it is complete political BS so sad

The DL council members should be ashamed of themselves! Why not grandfather the house in and ask only that the rental codes be fixed! Rent in DL are extremely expensive as I lived up there for two years. Have some compassion for this elderly lady and this veteran!
