Pure Barre corporate is still ignoring our demand for a seat at the table. I am tired of the silence and the empty platitudes while they refuse to acknowledge that franchisee partners deserve a say in their diversity policy.

The Pure Barre corporate team cannot ignore this momentum any longer. We have built enough pressure to force them to address our demand for a diversity committee immediately.

DO IT. PB needs to get with the times.
Long overdue. We need to see better representation in our studios if we want to grow!
While I think Pure Barre has always made an attempt to be inclusive of all, the staff at most studios down to the clientele is not reflective of diversity. It would be great to have the guidance, opinions, and strategies of a more diverse group to accomplish a truly inclusive environment.

This is so necessary!! Please create this committee for the betterment of our entire company.
This is a marathon, not a sprint. Pure Barre needs to lead, not follow.
