This GCRD MEMBER PETITION INITIATIVE seeks to approve by way of league-wide vote a PROPOSAL to ESTABLISH an INCLUSIVENESS COMMITTEE
As per the current GCRD bylaws, this petition initiative procedure is provided for in the following excerpted sections:
Section XIII. AMENDMENTS AND REVISION- Amending the Bylaws
- Amendments to these Bylaws may be approved by a majority vote of 51% or more of all active league members with voting rights who are in Good Standing at the time of the vote.
- If a league member wishes to make or contest a change, they must present the BoD with a petition signed by 10% of active league members with voting rights. The amendment will then be taken to a league vote.

its about time we had a proper vote on this. way too much stuff gets decided behind closed doors without us having a say. lets get this on the agenda already.
