The board of the Vanderveen Crossing Homeowners Association has proven to be an onerous nuisance to the residents of the Vanderveen Crossing subdivision in Columbia, MO. The board is currently operating with only six members, rather than the 15 that is required by the restrictive covenants. I propose that the homeowners association be dissolved.
