In the wake of allegations that the Conservative Party of Canada may have been involved in tactics that amount to voter suppression, we the undersigned request that His Excellency The Right Honourable David Johnston, C.C., C.M.M., C.O.M., C.D. Governor General of Canada, use his reserve powers to dissolve Parliament until the innocence, or guilt, of the government can be proven.
