Corporations, business entities and governing boards have the responsibility to develop and create an environment where employees can report and be protected from criminal activities caused by other employees especially from an executive of the company. They failed with the most important asset of their company, their people and damaged the well being of young women. No movie credits outweigh the destructive influence they had on real human lives.

All should resign. Start anew and rename the company.

I believe the best way to get justice is to find out what the victims want. I stand with Rose McGowan.

The usual response of apathy, no moral intelligence and incompetence by organization administrators. It's just like the Sandusky case. 30 years. Nice.

The board had knowledge of Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct and criminal activity for years and were negligent in addressing the issues head on and performing their fiduciary duties as board members, to say nothing of their failure to act as responsible citizens and decent human beings. They should not escape with impunity.

Any company that has been knowingly and/or willfully involved in any type of sexual harassment, assault, abuse or the cover-up of such misconduct and unethical business practices, should be dissolved.
