We need accountability and that means looking at those that were complicit, not just the perpetrator.

This is disgusting... the idea that others knowingly aided this man to sexually assault women.. unforgiving. They too should be held to the highest law of the land and sentenced for their role in this. He is just a pig who thought and was allowed for too long to use his position to use and bully women. I hope they all are found guilty and the key is lost forever. Use them as examples that this is unacceptable behavior that will not be allowed, no matter who you are.

Seems like most people knew or chose to ignore. Please remove all members of the current board of directors. Replace with new people who are not Harvey Weinstein cronies. Mandatory training for BOD & all staff on sexual harassment. If they refuse the training, they should be terminated. To those "assistants" who left the "meetings" with Harvey Weinstein so he could attack those women, they should all be fired. This behavior and tolerance of it cannot be allowed nor accepted anymore. This is not a "rite of passage" to get a part in a movie...#NOMORECASTINGCOUCH

The Weinstein Company must be held accountable for its role in the complicit enabling of sexual harassment and abuse, and any other crimes committed by its employees, officers, and Board members. Allowing a corporate culture of rape and victimization to go unchecked and un-prosecuted for decades is intolerable and should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. There is no recovery for a company that participates in protecting sexual predators from being prosecuted for their crimes. This is illegal, immoral, and a travesty to all U.S. corporations that uphold rule of law. California employers are held to a high standard. They are held liable to protect the victims of known crimes perpetrated within their organization by immediately reporting all criminal activity to authorities and terminating the employment of the criminal individual(s) immediately pending further investigation . Zero Tolerance is the least we can do to prevent the victimization of our employees and fellow citizens.

I think Rose McGowan is brave and courageous for coming out and speaking out on Harvey Weinstein. I thank you. I think your actions were heroic.

Boards are made up of people, and they have to be held accountable. Or, if corporations are people, they too have to be held accountable.

Miramax and Weinstein company should be sued out of existence. Harvey should be in prison. The employees who helped trap women alone with a sexual predator? They were accomplices to sexual assault.
