The Arizona State Constitution clearly states that the ultimate :aw of the Land is the United States COnstitution. Since ALL states in the union are sovereign states, and part of the union that makes up America, then it becomes the obligation of the State to uphold the Constitution. Ducey, Brnovih, Gallego, Ortega and every member of the state who knowingly lied under their oath of office - has committed perjury! That makes them and every act whereby they bring in, allow or do not detain illegals under Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution a felony and an act of treason.

WHY does Arizona remain #1 child trafficking state in the country? From Doug Ducey, Mark Brnovich, Sheriff Penzone on down … if you think the citizens of Arizona aren’t wising up, think again. YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW ~ STOP THIS IN-YOUR-FACE OPERATION NOW. CLOSE THE BORDERS IMMEDIATLEY. PROTECT THE CITIZENS WHO ARE PAYING YOUR SALARIES. STOP THE BUSINESS OF CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING ~ AND STOP YOUR DAMN EXCUSES. YOU SHAME ARIZONA CITIZENS.

I’m sure if it was the other way around and we came into their country unannounced and took over an entire cell Block they would definitely wonder what’s going on also…

Move the detention center back to Mexico and tell them to come in legally. In addition tell Biden and the Democratic leadership to do their jobs and protect the border instead of selling out for more votes.

Why does our government make such poor decisions with our tax dollars consistently! There are people in our own country we need to care for before people who are NOT legal! You work for us! Do something to STOP this insanity!

I don’t want my tax dollars to go to this. I’ve level in Scottsdale for 40 years and pay taxes and on a commercial property. This is so wrong.

We must insist on our elected officials to follow the laws pertaining the immigration. Anyone who wishes to be a resident and citizen must go through the proper channels. Hold politicians responsible.

We should send them home to petition the lawful way. Don't enforce our laws on us but not on them. Do your job. Thank you.

I’m sorry to see so many unkind/sarcastic comments made by “neighbors”! This is a very serious situation that needs to be addressed on a professional level a all levels of government. I fear, if it is allowed to occur, it will be the beginning of much worse to come our way.

We, the people, do not want illegal entrants without any vetting in our neighborhoods. You work for us, remember.

Dear Neighbor, Happy Memorial Day weekend! Let’s remember those who have served and died for the wonderful country we call home. The United States is so wonderful the rest of the world wants to move here. Many of our residents have been concerned about the contracted Ice Detention Facility housing 1,200 migrants on the Paradise Valley Border. The former Homewood Suites hotel located at 9800 N. Scottsdale Road (a block away from Chaparral High School and across the street from Paradise Valley. Here is a link to an article on the matter. Scottsdale hotel could operate as detention center for migrants I got a call that stated the detained migrants were being brought to the hotel today. From what I’ve seen this does not appear to be the case (photo below). I’ve attached several legal documents that have been filed with the court. The lenders are trying to keep the facility as it was zoned. The people who took out the loan on the property filed bankruptcy last week, so there is a lot of legal work ahead. A ruling has not been made as of today. [cid:[email protected]] As I learn more I’ll pass along what I know. Regards, Paul Dembow Councilman (480) 348-3662 [email protected] 6401 E.
