This family is an asset in the village where they have settled. They are the kind of immigrants Scotland needs.

they have built up an excellant business tht the community needs and the children are settled and thriving in school ...... let them STAY !!!!!!!

This family deserve to stay

This family has contributed so much to the local community and should be allowed to stay

We need people like this!

Let this family stay - they are making positive contributions to their community running the local shop. Without them the shop will fail and be empty again - do they really have to go - let them stay !!

Please let this family stay in the village they call home . They have worked so hard to make a life and a business that they should be applauded not deported.!!

We must all pull together to do whatever we possibly can to ensure that this family continue their lives here in Scotland.

I am ashamed to be Scottish. Clearly to be hard working, honest & providing for the community is against you - however I am sure the UK government have taken your taxes that you have worked hard for so they can hand over accommodation, healthcare, education & benefits to the MANY who have come here seeking asylum with little to no intention to work. You have worked too hard to be entitled to legal aid to try and fight your case, yet those who are not working & commit crime (often serious) are given legal aid to fight (& often win) the right to remain here. I am ashamed of the way this country has treated your family - they don't deserve your hard earned money. I hope you and your family can move forward and heal from this. Wishing you all the very best. I hope the MP's & government officials hang their heads in shame!

This situation is a disgrace to our nation - Scotland requires more families like this. I strongly recommend that in addition to signing this petition, people email their local M.S.P.'s highlighting this families situation and calling for all of our Scottish Members of Parliament, irrespective of party allegiance, to protest at the actions of the our U.K. Governments Home Office.

Please help this family, Scotland needs good families in its community. I want to see Drew Henry fight for this family.

We need more people like this family to live and work in this country, not half the people who come here hoping to live off the State and who seemingly are welcome here with open arms. Come on, these people have invested in this country so we in turn owe them something, not thrown out, discarded like any old rubbish. I'm sure they have still got a lot to contribute if they are allowed to stay Talk about a miscarriage of justice.

The Highlands of Scotland desperately need people like this hardworking Canadian family, who have invested their life savings to provide a vital service to an isolated rural community, of which they have become very much an integral part. Such people ought be seen as a great asset to the UK and they should be given every encouragement to stay and continue in the fine work they are doing, which is of great benefit to both the local community and to tourism.

It is almost as though The Home Office is trying to provoke Scotland with these heartless decisions. For crying out loud, the highlands are underpopulated and these folk are contributors, supported by their community. It is farcical that they are on the brink of being expelled.
