Sound like perfect people to welcome as migrants. Surely their situation can be reconsidered?

people who come to this country and add to our diversity, value our way of life, pay taxes contribute to our communities should be allowed to get on with their lives without this interference from a dictatorial government

The Laggan Store is a lifeline in the village. To evict this family on a technicality rather than focusing on truly illegal immigrants is not what Border Control should be doing.

It is a tragedy and travesty that a young family is being kicked out of a small community despite contributing so much. This must be reversed.

A nonsensical approach by any measure! We try to protect and grow our rural communities- this family is part of the community. They need to stay!!!

This is a disgraceful decision against an established and productive family. It can't be justified for ANY of the usual criticisms and they seem more functional than many British families.

Faceless bureaucrats and a heartless UK government. High time Scottish immigration/naturalisation was devolved to the Scottish Government. This is by no means the only example. This is not an exception to the rule. It is now the rule. Zielsdorfs - I am ashamed to be part of a country that has done this to you. You have done wonderful things in the Laggan area. And this is how we thank you.

It's an absolute disgrace that a family who settled here under one set of rules, had a lovely family and started a thriving business, should have to give it all up because this uncaring, evil Tory UK Government changed the goalposts. It's undemocratic, totally unfair and absolutely wrong! The Zieldorf family love Scotland and we love them. Let them stay.

How dare this family be unceremoniously fired out our country when they have done nothing but bring a bit of prosperity to their neighbourhood.

This family has come to Scotland to work under ONE form of visa, the xenophobic Tory party changes the visa rules that now nullifies this family's residency. It is NOT nor will it ever be the Zeilsdorf family that should be deported it is the warmongering xenophobic Rape Clause Tory party that needs deported. The Zelsdorf family MUST be permitted to stay. Deportation is AGAINST their Human Rights!

Another example of how the incompetent 'computer says no' approach of official bodies in the UK can have such a negative impact on individuals and society.
