This family have put their heart and soul into Laggan and are providing a good service within their local community. They are giving much more than they're taking out of their community. It is absolutely ludicrous to try to deport this family when they have children who were actually born here. Stop this madness now. This family have more right to be here than many others you're allowing to settle in this country. For the love of god, show some humanity and compassion to this family. They're not sponging off the state they're paying their way. Please, please, Let them stay

Home Office should be going after the people that are in the country illegally, not persecuting the ones that did everything the right way, AREN'T accepting handouts from the government and are actually a benefit to the area they're in.

This is woefully rigid application of rules which make no sense. Canada is part of the British Commonwealth; they have children who were born here. Do we have to follow the same xenophobic restrictions that the USA applies to Britons? I think we should not. This shames us as a nation.

Pathetic. They provide a service to the community and their kids were born here and only know Scotland. They employ someone in the shop any yet the home office have taken this poor guys driving license off him in an act of total pettiness.
