Im from buckie cant understand how this nice family working hard in the community and bringing up a young family and doing a good job cant be allowed to stay in this country when others just want to fleece the system.

Where does any kind of common sense apply in this decision. Scotland needs good, contributing families like this!

This family run a vital business in a fragile remote community. They are fantastic people who work hard. It is madness to make them leave Laggan. Everyone will lose if Westminster goes through with this.

Laggan needs this shop and this family. Six people means a lot to a small Scottish community. They have invested a lot in this community. We need people in Scotland who are willing to run business.

THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND NEED IMMIGRATION AND THE ZIELSDORFS HAVE INVESTED IN THE ONLY CAFE/STORE IN THE SMALL VILLAGE OF LAGGAN. THIS IS OF VALUE TO THE COMMUNITY BUT THE HOME OFFICE DO NOT SEEM TO RECOGNISE THIS AND ANY LETTERS ONE SENDS ARE HANCED ON TO A CIVIL SERVANT TO ANSWER. THE MINISTER DOES NOT SEEM TO GIVE IT HIS ATTENTION.

Let's hope common sense will prevail and allow this family to stay in Scotland and run their great business which is an asset to Laggan.

This family has given so much to the local community over the past years. If ever there was a case for applying the visa rules with commen sense and grace, this is it Let them stay!

Dear friends, good people, the salt of the earth, committed and dedicated to family life, community building and friendships. Good citizens for whom we should all be fully supportive.

The Zielsdorf family is a great asset to Scotland. The home office should be petitioning more families like theirs to come and set up shop. It's disgraceful that they're being driven out instead.

Five children, bought a local business (and such a vital one that no one outwith rural communities can understand the importance of the village 'shop'), contributing to the local economy, never asked for benefits, hard-working, honest, committed to their adopted country........why on earth should they be deported? With Brexit looming there will no longer be a stream of people from the poorer European countries......we will need people like the Zieslsdorfs to keep the Scottish economy going. And more importantly to keep the village alive.

Great family. Would be a real loss of vitality to the community.

Given the extraordinary sense of community that this family have added to their home in Laggan, I think the Home Office need to seriously consider the loss to the Laggan if this family leave.
