The HOA is abusing its power by picking and choosing from a ridiculously long list of CC&R's. Not only that but the HOA does not inform members of meetings so that we can all have a say in the discussions that affect us. In short the HOA disregards the opinions of most in our community and needs to be disbanded so we can start fresh as a community.

I feel that I purchased my property and should not have an additional group telling me what to do with it. Let the city take care of things! We do live in Santaquin right?

Ridiculous that they fined me for leaving my trash can out 10 minutes past pickup time. These people have way too much free time to harass us. Enough is enough.
