I support this petition. We live out of state and may not set foot on the property. I tried selling it, but the property value was very low than originally purchased.

We own and have built on a grant lot. The whole “show” is a joke in crestone. Neighbors and the general population there are extremely rude. Just a weird vibe out there in crestone. Luckily it’s just a vacation place for us. But I support the cause, I know it’s a loop of people raking it in.

This is the same group that hired the dispicable Allison Mcclure. This woman would go right on your property yell and scream and use language i won't repeat. She openly admitted harassment is what we do. She is gone but we will never forget. These are the same people that hired her and worked with her..even the pig in land use. This is the reason your lots are nearly worthless.

BGPOA should return my dues collected since 2000 immediately, if it is indeed expired.
