Yes, please get rid of the HOA here - we have land with no structure on it, and it seems ridiculous to have to pay HOA fees when we don't even live there!

I have 4 lots and they are charging me for all 4 lots. I don't have any homes on them and they provide no services to me.

I own multiple combined lots....and am an absentee owner... The fees I pay for literally zero services are atrocious!

I agree with this proposal. I've owned a small piece of property since 1992. My property is so devalued that it will be cheaper to donate it or give it away rather than pay the POA dues.

We have owned a half acre plot for approximately 15 years and paying these enormous dues, for what!!?

I have undeveloped land there that I never visit. I'm paying for lots of services I don't need. People who live there are being subsidized by those who don't.

Fees ridiculous have paid over forty years received no value. Dues paid many times property value, nothing in return. Board rude when I ask questions, Charge late fees when they did not send out billing for membership.

I have 3 lots that I cannot develop because there is no sewer. The POA told me they would soon be punching a line down the street....10 years ago. I pay due every year and none of it goes toward my hope of building some day. All for the few who live there! Get rid of the POA!!!
