I will sign this willingly - POA fees are insanely high. Property sold on dreams of great vacations, and then reality doesn't let you do anything if you are not building a $500,000 home. Anyone want to buy a 3.36 acre grant in Unit 1?

i am sorry it has come to this, but my property value has dropped to $4,000, yet my fees keep going up! all i've heard from the baca is about fighting! it's time to stop, and if this is the best way, so be it!

Inpractjcal goes aginst colo propety law and poa governing rules by the state of colorado department.

They're making it impossible to sell my land, to build on my land. Aren't they supposed to be working for the property owners. Weren't they elected by the property owners. I live in NYC and have the loveliest, nicest, Colorado couple who want so badly to buy my off the grid land, live in their trailer and perhaps build a Yurt. They were told, "No camping, and that they must use town utilities."

Assessment is too high and charges late fees at 12%. This is too much. Property value never go up iinstead it is going down.

Putting together tax info today - our property has been devalued by $4,400 in four(4) years. I've heard of a real estate slump but, this is crazy.

I support disbanding the BGPOA by Prohibiting the BGPOA the power to Assess the Owners.
I call for the Executive Board of Directors to implement a vote by the membership to Disband the Baca Grande Property Owners Association (remove the power to assess).

I fail to see what good the POA does. There are so many thing s that need to be ended, such as the golf course. The properties owned by the association should be sold and the proceeds distributed to the members.
