The BGPOA is a scam. They send me bills every year for a 2 acre field of cactus and then when I tried to sell the property they informed me that I could not sell it because they changed the zoning with out any notification to me.
The new zoning makes the land undevelopable, but yet they still are charging me road fees! Total outrage! I cant even give it away. These guys are crooks and should be dis-banned immediately!

I was not there more than two years, staying in various houses, but I think BPOA has to go.

My property is now listed as karnak enterprises. The last post fee was something like 426 or more! I have had it since 1998. Now that I might want to try to build, the post and various fees to build are nuts. I am a low income senior. Trying to decide if I can afford to keep even an empty lot another year.

This is in agreement with my thoughts about the poa. No future for community growing in equitable manner unless the lands are open to people expressing their right to build etc as they wish within a harmonious and sane and benevolent covenant democratically supported and worked on by all.

The POA isn’t helping anyone. The maintenance crew is top notch but they are not being treated very well either.

POA fees keep rising - taxes keep rising as well. We're paying twice for the same property, most of which is located on dusty roads that get worse every year and cut the life of our tires by a third.

I am a property owner in Baca Chalet 1, and I am signing this petition in agreeance with the author of this document in regard to honoring the true doctrines as originally stated in the By-Laws referenced herein.
