We the residents of Northlake Area "Evelyn Street" and surrounding area concerned residents due hereby vote against the Popeye's Chicken Drive-thru application for re-zoning (SLUP-13-18320) because of the projected increase of Traffic and Noise in the immediate area near our homes, McDonalds, Golden Living Nursing Home, condos and apartments.
