This situation has happened too many times. Surely the circumstances should be taken into account and how long she has lived there. Too many silly rules.
this is terrible kim is a lovely women who has lost a very close friend and a treasure to her life, let her stay where she is, Christmas is all about giving so give a wonderful disabled lady a break!
this is discusting it happened to my uncle after my nan died x he did get it sorted and got to stay at home so there is hope xxgood luckxxx
its 2014 what are u doing as a agency for this vulnerable adult ? have u considered the cost of rehousing when she is already legally residing at the property ?
Utterly appalling that you'd do that to a disabled lady. To any one that has power over this situation you ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

Why take a home away from someone that has lived there for so long. Don't u think she has gone through enough turmoil with losing her best friend, what harm is it doing to anybody if she is living there. Let her carry on living at the home she knows.
