Just dug it up !...,;what have they got to hide!.,, I have worked law enforcement for 15 years and would do what I could if it meant brining closure after all theses years..like what's the hold up!
Somebody does not want something to get out.

Someone that is savvy with equipment used for construction sites should just start digging without permission and if they find something call it in anonymously.
