There is no excuse to justify the fact that an excavation hasn't happened yet. The family/friends of the victims should threaten legal action and consult with a good attorney. The may be a firm that would take a case of this nature, pro bono.

I have been following this story for years. It's sad that the police won't help put the families questions to rest by digging up the parking lot.

It is disgusting to think the police won't even allow a core sample to be dug to at least give these families some kind of answer

There is absolutely no reason that this parking garage sections shouldn't be dug up. It's not like they can't ever repave it. This family has been torn apart by this case -- these women need their final rest and they need justice.

These families need closure. Digging up a small part of this garage could in fact give them that. It's a lead that shouldn't fall by the wayside. If they aren't there then there not, but the families need to know this for sure. Monies spent could give peace of mind if they aren't found, or closure if they are. Why deny them that?

I seen the case on YouTube and then read up on it, it's really sad. I don't see why they couldn't look there.

There is no hurt or consequence of digging up that small section of concrete (aside from small repair costs; which I'm sure would be covered through donation or similar). It would only take a few hours and could possibly give families some much needed closure. It's just some cement. It is ludicrous to not dig the section up. Please do the right thing.

The fact they still haven't dug this parking garage up makes me feel the police are involved and their bodies are not only under there, but will prove something the police don't want us to know.
