We have reached one hundred signatures which provides the necessary leverage to approach the Department of Public Health leadership. I am currently drafting a formal letter to the Dean to request a meeting regarding the degree differentiation policy. I will provide an update once I receive a response from the administration.

Seriously? 40 weeks? thats literally nothing compared to what we go through. stop watering down the program for profit.
Health Policy. Totally agree. The on campus experience is what makes a GW degree worth it. This is a joke.
Ridiculous. A 40 week program is not a real MPH. They are just after the money. Epidemiology track.
This is so unfair to those of us who spent years here in DC working on our degrees. It completely cheapens the value of our hard work. Dept of Global Health.
Community Health. Employers are going to catch on to this and it will hurt all of us.

I worked way too hard for my degree to have it lumped in with a program that bypasses SOPHAS. Make the distinction clear on the diploma.
