To all who read this. Please be aware that this petition is in regards to The Digital Development Group Corp., A Nevada corporation and publicly traded shell under the Symbol DIDG.

The Purpose of this petition is to collect support from existing shareholders (ONLY) by way of signature to affirm the following:

1) I am a shareholder of DIDG. I understand that the last officer(s) of record have publicly resigned and support Gary Andrew to be the newly appointed interim officer. I understand that with my support as shareholder a vote must still be made to ratify Mr. Andrew.

2) I understand that the prior management, officers, directors and board members have all publicly resigned thereby leaving shareholders able to have full voting control.
