My Dickson Low, accidentially hooked a lady while luring at marina area. His attitude and actions are wrong. We hope the public and the authority do not take his action and behaviour as a guide to the whole fishing society in Singapore.

I, Dartagnan Han, from the bottom of my heart sincerely apologize to the public for Dickson low childish post and behaviour. We do not act like him.
fishing is not a crime !
If one banana spoils, NOT all banana spoils too...
