DiCapo has been a KC Namesake since the Italian Gardens opened on Baltimore. What’s wrong with our City for not recognizing the DiCapo name.

Please give the DiCapos a fair chance at selling their cookies at the City Market. This family has done so much for Kansas City. Thanks for your consideration.

I would love to have the right to purchase what I want. I don't feel that you should have to right to limit my options when I go to the City Market. This is classic supply and demand. Anyone should have the right to set up a booth to sell their wares if the booth fees are paid and the product is legal. Obviously, if the vendor doesn't see a profit, they are not going to continue to rent out the booth. They should be allowed. I have worked booth's selling salsa at the City Market and there were also other booths selling salsa the same day, so your argument of competition is a moot point.

Some vendors have multiple booths preventing others from getting space. Why would you not allow additional competition ? Let them sell their cookies too.

Please let DiCapo’s cookies at market. There’s no reason for them not to be there.

This is truly unfair. You have many produce sellers at different stalls. You are a city market and should not stop anyone selling their food. I would rather buy locally baked goods than those made in New York. Do your tenants have to sign a non compete clause? Shame on you.

Please allow Mr.Di Capo to sell his cookies. This country was built on free enterprise. Not allowing Mr. Di Capo to sell his cookies is culturally insensitive and an insult to traditions in the Italian American community. The Di Capo
family has made an incredible contribution to Kansas City. Please allow Mr. Do Capo to sell his cookies. We're still in a democracy. Thank you.

This is true discrimination. DiCapo's Cookies are wonderful and that family deserves to be at the KC City Market. Sham on the City Planners and the management of the city market.

It makes no sense , using the excuse they already have one person selling cookies already , as I recall there are several people selling apples and banana's , my point exactly !!!
