I think it would be a lovely addition to the city market community. I mean isn't that what the market is about different vendors with a lot of the same goods. The market place is exactly that.

As a lifelong resident and taxpayer of Kansas City as well as a previous City Market employee for decades, I am outraged to hear there is a New York City doing business at the market...While DiCaprio's is not being allowed there! He is supporting jobs here! His families have been business owners in KC for decades! Let him sell his cookies at the KC City Market!

Not only have you ruined the city market but the great families who comprised the market have been shut out. Competition is good for a shopping area and the DiCapo's are a legend in the area. Let them in or we'll vote you out!!!!!!!

Granted I can't bake my own anymore since my handicaps, but what hasn't changed in my life is that I will only spend my money where I'm given choices - true freedom is having choices and my Italian great-grandparents came to this country so I would have choices! Bring on the Italian cookie choices!
