A sign of good judgement that I sincerely applaud. A step in the right direction that will hopefully give a sens of belonging to us haitians living abroad.It's a sens of relief to know that someone in the government miraculously decide to give back to the diaspora who have for the past few decades been giving, contributing, building and rebuilding without ever getting anything in return. Bravo.

La diaspora Haïtienne est victime d'un complot concoté par certains legislateurs reactionnaires. Je pense qu'avec L'honorable Jerry Tardieu on aura la chance de nous faire représenter aussi car nous, au niveau de la diaspora on contribue beaucoup à l'économie de notre pays.
