We the residents of Heathfield Park Drive, Putney Drive, Dartford Gardens and Bexley Gardens; petition the London Borough of Redbridge to introduce a “No Waiting” restriction on our roads, that will essentially be in force from 08:00 – 10:00 and 15:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.  We cast a vote of no confidence with respect the original proposal set by the London Borough of Redbridge and believe initial designs did not account for local knowledge & hardship.
