When we spend rubies, the software should ALWAYS ask “Are you sure?” Right now it’s far too easy to accidentally spend rubies on something you don’t want. This is particularly problematic for me, a person with a disability that causes tremors.

After 6yrs of play and 5 yrs of assisting players I have seen and weathered many issues in DHD. I volunteered to help as a Realm Representative long before Gaea bought the game. Our purpose as such was to assist players by showing them how to fix minor glitches and reporting major problems to EN Mods. We were dismissed by Leota as though we were garbage. Many positive ideas to further players' enjoyment of the game came from the Representatives who never requested to be compensated. We did expect to be taken seriously and treated with respect for trying to help. Now, we are told that even mentioning that we were Realm Representatives can get us banned from Discord and even the game. What a fantastic way to treat folks who volunteered years of their free time to help your customer service department. I am simply stunned by the current situation as I watch Leota behave like a tyrant and unfairly punish good people because they disagree with her and her autocratic methods.

Reinstate the mods, mise has been the most helpful person I have come across & shouldn't have been treated this way.
