I dont enjoy the game as much as I used to due to Gaea's attitude towards the players, they are not helpful and all they think of is taking our money.

I agree with everything in this petition, however I would of signed it regardless of whether or not the makers did not have to threaten to kick me off of line to do so.

Alot of issues/glitches with game. Players think twice about sending tickets due to CS generic and unhelpful responses. CS refuse to help with issues and blame end user or device for constant issues. They ask for screen shots and when supplied, ask for video evidence otherwise they say no issue present or it's a one off and close tickets. The goalposts are moved to suit whatever agenda they like which is not fair and reasonable for any player as expected. Little or no compensation for player when affected.
Madameleota the 'Community Manager' is unhelpful in any issues or suggestion discussed on discord. She deletes any critism, issues or opinions which do not paint GAEA in a bright shining light. Madameleota has the generic responce to contact CS knowing full well they will not help and close tickets when issues cant be resolved. People are being banned for questioning things that are unjust or unfair towards the average player. Running a public forum like a chinese re-education camp to attempt to bend the will of free thinking helpful players is not fair, just or reasonable in any sense. Any ideas to improve the game are ignored.
The removal of Mise,KC and other mods who have been extremely helpful with game issues ect shows gaeas total disregard for the players as a whole. The removal of those mods to instal GAEA biased/ single mined mods who further gaeas agenda show we the player both spenders and non spenders are nothing but a money making machine who's opinions didn't count. These issues and many more are deemed to be illegal in many countries under reasonable expectations and fair use.
