Had two kids graduate from DGN - one went on to Baylor University and the other to The College of William & Mary. Both were class officers and as a family we worked hard to support DGN. You are ripping away too much that is meaningful to your students. Why?

School traditions should not be sacrificed for the sake of virtue signalling.

Keep the tradition of Purple and White. Do cave in to a bunch of wanna be super groups. School policy is school policy, not political policy.

I went to DGS and heard they are changing to all blue instead of Blue and White. Keep the tradition at both schools!

More mandates from the Administration (can't keep a tradition, can't paint handprints on the wall, have to install "tardy machines", etc.) disengages the student body further. Let the kids choose either purple or white and be done with it...

All 4 of my kids went to DGN and never had I heard anyone complain about the colors. This topic shouldn't even be up for debate.

This is a tradition that doesn't need to be changed. Stay with Purple and White. Why attempt to fix something that's not broken!

It was purple/white when I graduated. It was purple/white when my kids graduated. It's tradition.

Keep traditions alive and well at DGN please. Traditions create structure that our kids need. Altering traditions for a minor few is eroding our culture. Keep the purple & white!!!
