Do not build more apartments in this area! The traffic would be a nightmare plus the residents would deal with flooding every time it rains. Please find something else to do with that property

Olathe does not need on every more apartment complex!! It will create another nightmare for our police department to handle. Please reconsider building these units in our city!

NO to this project! It will dramatically effect our every day lives. This project doesn't fit in our single families neighborhood. This project will create a lot of issues from extremely heavy traffic to crime increase. Also it is going to be build on flood area and it is not safe.

Apartments here are not a good idea since it will cause traffic issues and overcrowding at the jr high and highschools.

No apartments at Indian Creek Pkwy and BlackBob Rd. Please keep it a peaceful place for the park and less congested for children walking home from school. I'm concerned about it being too congested for all the students walking home from school. It is already a dangerous intersection and road.

We can't get out of our subdivision now and this will only make it worse! And, it floods!! Also, what will be done to curtail the traffic on Indian Creek Parkway? Absolutely a bad idea to put apartments on this corner!!!

No way!! Much too small of a spot. And what about traffic from Olathe East high school and Pioneer Junior high...this is totally rediculous!

I think it's very important this time for the City to consider what the subdivision Yorkshire has to say about this development plan. What kind of remuneration will the Yorkshire residents and other surrounding subdivisions get for the decrease in property values. Or can you guarantee that property values will not decrease
