Development at Indian Creek - Black Bob Library corner

Its to congested there as it is. No new apartments!

This will create an unnecessary amount of traffic to the area and and a very ugly eyesore. The intersection of 127th and Murlen would be a more more appropriate location for this new will also fix the eyesore on that corner.

Please do now allow the apartment complex at the old library site. There are already traffic problems in this area, and the space is prone to flooding.

This is a nightmare waiting to happen. This area does not need another apartment complex which would just further add to the traffic issues that plague Black Bob between Indian Creek and 133rd Street. Property values will decrease .

Maintain as a green space, with flood plan considerations for Indian Creek.

Will really congest that busy area and could if not maintained hurt property values..

That area has awful traffic already and there are already plenty of apartments available in Olathe. Please make better use of the space.

My daughter and granddaughter live in that area it's already crowded. IMO poor use of the property.

If the small library caused traffic and water problems, what makes you think that 371 apt will be an improvement. Not needed at that busy intersection.

I feel like this is a bad decision to put apartments here. Not only will it lower the value of the homes around it, it will cause major traffic that is already chaotic as it is from the highschool and from the neighborhood next to it, and from every day traffic that is already flowing through. It will also increase the crime rate, and that's not good for the little kids that live near. It will be much harder for families to go for a walk with their little down the sidewalk. The parents would have to worry about crime. On top of all of that they should just make it a little park or something. I know there is a park just down the street but maybe put a smaller park geared toward kids with maybe disabilities or something. Or just more wheelchair friendly. There is so much that be done with that land, but rezoning for apartments should NOT be on the list. I disagree with the people that want to do this. There are already enough aparents around from field stone, to the aparments next to Chick-fil-A. The last thing that is needed is more apartments. So please rethink this as it is not good for the community. It will cause unsafe driving conditions, crime rate increases, and will no longer be that quiet area everyone can appreciate. Thank you

Enough apartments and concrete. This is a quiet neighborhood. See the flooding that occurred in Houston when zoning ignored the lay of the land.

Please don't build an apartment there.
