We do not need any more apartment buildings as there are several in Olathe that remain unoccupied after months to years of them being built. We need more areas for kids to play and stay out of trouble!

Unless this affordable housing (not luxury apartments), I oppose this. The last thing we need is more apartments most people can't afford to live in.

I live on that street and traffic is already horrible during school hours at both the beginning and end of the day. Don't add so much more!

We live right there in the area and I have to agree that it would add way too much traffic congestion. Not to mention the development that is going on on the east side of Black Bob just south of Indian Creek Pkwy.

NOT the right place for this type of development. Already too many apartment complexes being built, and do not need anymore!!! please do not ruin this peaceful area!!

The land by the library is beautiful, there's a lot of apartment complexes as is. We need more nice landscape. I think reopening the library and having three locations would be great!

Stop over development. Aren't their enough apartment complexes here. Why don't we build something to keep it beautiful and can be enjoyed by the community

This space needs to be green. Too much development in a space too small for the proposed apartments. Congestion.
Plus, that area is needed for proper drainage. Youre inviting flooding and damages to the area.

We live nearby. Too many apartments in our neighborhood already. It is bringing down property values.

Build the apartments, it might add value to the run down houses just west of the library, it can't hurt!
