I live in the area and think it would be a horrible space for apartments. To much congestion in one very small area. It's bad enough with the school traffic in the morning. I think there has to be a better area. Why don't you go right down the street next to Olathe East where there is tons of land for sell and could have so much potential.

Already one of the more congested areas in Johnson County, with all of the apartment complexes popping up off of 135th St this seems unnecessary and forced.

This would cause a traffic nightmare. There are two schools less than a block away, and the extra traffic could be very dangerous to students walking to/from school.

I'd like to see it a green space over any kind of housing. I would prefer to see it remain a library. Olathe has been changing a lot, and I don't see any good in a lot of it.

This intersection is already so busy. I drive through here multiple times a day and can't imagine more traffic through here not to mention the significant impact it will have on the school system. I strongly oppose this.

There are too many apartments as the space is not big enough for that many units. Parking?

I do not want a huge apartment building here. Less people, more parks And please less traffic!!! It's already so busy in Olathe. Stop with the development. Maintain the quality of living we have now. Thank you

The traffic would impact both schools and the existing living areas. The library was the perfect kind of business to be in that location.

Way to much traffic for an otherwise busy area due to schools. Nice to have a neighborhood feel as it is now.

There is no room for this size of facility in that area! Not to mention the traffic over flow! This is not a convenient for those already living in this area!!!!
