Olathe leadership seems to be interested only in money. I know that some council members are up for reelection. Lets get some new people in there that are interested in helping our city grow properly rather than haphazardly! This is one of many ill-conceived ideas that will probably be pushed through just like the rest of them. Tons of apartments, commerical next to residential, tear downs of historic homes, etc........

'No' to an apartment complex. Too much traffic heading to and from Olathe East HS. Would be nice to have the library back.

Part of the reason I bought my house was because I liked being around the corner from a library. We lost the library which is upsetting but now putting an apartment complex in its place is foolish!!!

I feel this complex is not appropriate for its planned location.

This is clearly a "get rich" proposal with no thought at all to the effects upon the area In regards to traffic, overflow of the schools, property values and so on! Instead, maybe we can "give back" by using this space for our community. Why not expand frontier park instead so people can continue to enjoy where they live? I'm sure there are many ideas better suited for this area!

NO!! As a property owner I do not want another apartment complex in this area. It's already a flood zone in there with road closure every heavy storm. developers just love more ugly concrete jungles they don't care about the impact to existing homes or private space. we don't want or need this type of so called development here or on the other side of the street or on 127th and Murlen either traffic already a nightmare on all!

This is absurd, the small grade school can't even begin to take all these kids. It's time to start planning before we just throw up everything.

We don't wanna devalue our property, just because someone wants to get rich.
