Please do not add more congestion. 2 complexes were built by my house already. The noise is terrible. How about a park or a dog park? Or even a garden?

This is already a congested intersection. The last thing we need is more traffic, especially with the park and trail right there. Another park would be wonderful there, perhaps a small, off leash dog park. NO APARTMENTS.

This will be a TRAFFIC NIGHTMARE.... find a new use please. Imagine the traffic to Indian Creek Elementary and PT. It is bad enough now and this will make it much worse!

I'm totally against any more apartments in this area. Too many people in this small space.

Remember to vote in November for City Council elections! Ward 3 and 4 up for a vote. This proposed complex is in Ward 4 - vote for challenger Jason Daniels.

Please consider all the ramifications of this complex. Traffic which is a problem , negative impacts on our local school which is now a title school due number of apartments ...our environment ...more pavement brings more flooding it was flooded with our last storm this will make it worse. Families who built homes property values are being affected we need affordable single family homes not more apartments in Olathe.

As has already been proven, the kind of complex that is proposed will raise the crime rate, increase traffic beyond what can be handled, and also hamper public use of the park. Not wanted here. I don't want the kids that go to Indian Creek Elementary to be endangered by the increased traffic or by the drugs, crime, and violence that would come with this complex.

There are enough apartment complexes in this area of Olathe. Traffic at 119th and Blackbob is getting really bad and more stores will be opening at Olathe Pointe.
The new 4 story apartment complex at College and Greenwood does not have enough parking spaces and people are now parking on Greenwood. (I believe this is actually Lenexa, but it is very close to Olathe and the Indian Creek - Black Bob library corner)

Please do not allow this project, the traffic, lower home values, overflowing classrooms, and aesthetics are all a huge impact to my neighborhood, Yorkshire.

Please care about congestion, noise, quality of life in general over your desire for more tax revenue. Thank you.

The development at the unusable library is not suitable for an apartment complex. The land area is too small for enough parking and Sq footage apartment living space and will create a real nightmare for Indian Creek Parkway, Blackbob, and Olathe East / Branches Church intersections. Please cancel this apartment plan ASAP. Thanks

Please, please no apartment building in this space. A terrible use of this space and would be an absolute traffic nightmare for those of us living there. 127th St is already a very busy thoroughfare- how could we possibly put 400 more families in the span of one city block sitting right between busy middle school and high school entrances? Horrible idea. This was a perfect spot for a library, but if that can't happen, please put something that would enhance the neighborhood, not ruin it for those of us that have been here 20 years and love the area.
