Resident of the neighborhood. Strongly opposed to this development due to impacts on flood control, property values, traffic, student capacity at the schools, and impacts to the park.

I am completely opposed to adding this apartment complex and the resulting lower standard of living for the rest of us.

I don't want this apartment building near my neighborhood park or by my childs school. It was cause unwanted traffic on Indian Creek and in the surrounding area. The park will be ruined by the close proximity of it and the abundance of people. The park is clean and i fear it won't be if this apartment building inhabitants frequent it.

It is bad enough you are taking away the green space at 119th and Pflumm!!! Please don't approve to take away more. I know it is obvious you don't care or conceder the voice of existing residents, based on past votes to allow apartments to be built. PLEASE, for once, just do the right thing!! Have a moral conscience!!!

As a resident of this area of Olathe, I do not believe this is a good area for a new apartment complex of this size. Traffic is already extremely congested and challenging to get around. This additional traffic would weight heavily on our decision when purchasing a house (from an apartment) in the next 9 months. It could push us out of Olathe.

My kids attend Olathe East High. Traffic on Black Bob and Pflumm are maxed out--even before the planned developments already approved on both streets. Please do not heavy develop the land at Indian Creek Pkwy. I would suggest creating a farmer's market or community gardens at that location or more parking for Indian Creek Park with an amphitheater for the summer concerts to improve and expand opportunities for greater events and community at that location.

I love Olathe and I am excited for the growth that we are experiencing as a community, but I am completely against another large apartment complex being built at Indian Creek and Black Bob. There is plenty of housing in the area as well as the traffic nightmare that it will cause and that area already has heavy congestion to begin with. So many other better options for our city.

The building of apartments drives down the value of homes. The schools are already full and the building apparments will increase the student to teacher ratio.

Adding these apartments would not only be a disservice to those of us in the Yorkshire sub-division, it would also clearly signal that the city and it's developers, have turned their backs on those of us who have been committed to this area for many years. If allowed to move forward, this project will negatively affect local residents, students who attend Olathe East, and already very busy through traffic on BlackBob. This isn't growth...it's congestion and snarl.

If apartments to into this space, the many cars added to that area will cause traffic issues for local residents & the high school. We locals do NOT want apts on Black Bob! We are challenged to get out of our Yorkshire subdivision without a traffic light already! Do not let this plan happen!

Please keep this space to neighborhood homes or a space for the community - potentially a library again or small business.
No more apartments needed. There have been dozens put up in the past 3 years and it needs to stop!

A nice quiet small community does not have the infrastructure for the additional traffic that will come with this development.

As a twenty year resident of the community, I have exprienced and welcome the growth of our city. However, I oppose this project as I feel it will negatively impact traffic and property values in the area in addition to the higher incidents of crime inherent in large apartment complexes.

Stop the apts. Very poor use of this property and totally unfair to current residents.
