Rapid growth of housing developments are engulfing useful farmland all over the United States of America. What used to be known as Rural Pennsylvania and more widely known as Lancaster, Pennsylvania is going up in construction and going down in agricultural surplus. Stop the smothering of the nation\'s farmland before it goes too far. If housing developments do not decease, then our unique country will be losing more than it is gaining. We will be losing useful farmland, we will be spending more money to support the development of factories to create synthetic foods such as vegetables and fruits that could otherwise be grown on farms if they would not all be ruined by trendy housing developments. Even though developments may seem comfortable and roomy for the white picket fence, every house looks the same, soccer mom loving people, they are engulfing our needed farmland.
