fully support the development of density on blighted vacant lots. this project will be good for the community by attracting affluent new communuity members and growing the tax base!

I would prefer to see more apartments, and less on site affordable housing. The developer would be better place investing in cheaper real estate closer to Western, and fixing some of that housing stock / creating affordable housing. Perhaps they could create 25% of the units in affordable housing in a more affordable area (housing far more Chicagoans. The additional market rate on side housing would easily cover the cost).
