Queen street is becoming more and more difficult to navigate. It looks awful too.

The condition of the road has been apalling for a long time now and it is dangerous driving round the numerous pot holes and poor surface,

They have become a traffic hazard as one has to drive around some of the problems and into oncoming traffic . This in certain sections.

I agree with the sentiments of other signatories, we pay rates that need to translate into decent services and especially the maintenance of infrastructure. Come on guys this is completely unacceptable!

Damn disgusting, what are we paying rates for every month? No wonder everyone is putting their houses up for sale!!! Kensington was once such a beautiful suburb

The Council of Johannesburg and especially the JRA need to start prioritising this area of Johannesburg. We pay our rates and our streets, pavements and storm water infrastructure is appalling to say the least. We report things not once, not twice but many times and NOTHING is being done to fix things and when they are "fixed" they often are worse than before. Time to wake up and do your jobs and send out inspectors to vouch the repairs done by the crews and subcontractors before logging the matters as complete. Class Action Law Suits will be the next step the residents embark upon.
