chega de abuso. quem não paga tem que sair logo da casa dos outros.
CONCORDO TOTALMENTE. quem tem imóvel próprio sofre demais com esses caloteiros. tem que despejar mesmo.
Finalmente alguém falando disso. Não dá pra esperar anos enquanto o inquilino destrói o imóvel e não paga nada.
Justo. O proprietário ainda tem que arcar com IPTU e condomínio enquanto o cara mora de graça. Absurdo isso.
A lei precisa mudar urgente. É muito prejuízo pra gente honesta.

Já passei por isso e sei como é frustrante. O processo leva uma eternidade e a gente sai no prejuízo total.
