HTC have as of yet left the kernel source for their HTC Desire unreleased despite it being almost three months since the release of the binary. As per the GPL licence that the Kernel is released under, HTC is obliged to provide sources alongside the binary at imeddiate launch. All those who believe in free software and open source must sign this petition!

The momentum is undeniable. HTC clearly cannot ignore this pressure for much longer.
