It would be ashame to allow this building to be torn down and probably have a new condo to block peoples view of the water.

It does not look like a Civil War Memorial to me -- reason enough not to tear it down. That it is fine architecture, demands its preservation.

This is one of Coconut Grove's most important buildings. Kenneth Treister has made The Grove what it is today. Why would any Florida citizen want to give up part of its history?

One of the finest examples of mid-century Modern in Miami ( from an era of very few siginificant buildings)...an important urban landmark in Coconut Grove....a beautifully conceived and detailed work by one of Miami's iconic architects....

Please preserve this wonderful building. Its timeless structure brings beauty and prestige to the area. it also was designed to fit within the tropical landscape in a way than enhances the area rather than obstruct from its natural beauty. The last thing the grove needs is another glass building that is lifeless and out of place.

IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR LONG TIME CITIZENS TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP ALIVE OUR HISTORY IN SOUTH FL. KENNETH TREISTER HAS GIVEN ALL OF US WONDERFUL AND IMPORTANT ARCHITECTURE ALL OVER OUR CITY AND STATE. IT WOULD BE A PITY TO DESTROY ANYTHING HE HAS CONTRIBUTED.
