Let's protect the charm of this village. That's the beauty of old cities like New York, Chicago etc.
The Grove will soon look like Brickell which with one heavy gust of wind will fall to the ground. It will be interesting to see what happens with Grand Avenue??

The office building is unique in both the historic value including the famous Architect K. Treister who designed the building along with the famous berm on the perimeter of the building.
